All programming is guided by the Wellness Wheel, ensuring a holistic balance ofopportunities in the following areas:
- Physical Wellness – Exercise, stretching, walking, strength, and balance classes
- Occupational Skills – Crafts, baking, gardening, sensory activities
- Intellectual Wellness – Educational talks, trivia, book clubs, current events
- Spiritual Wellness – devotions, reflections, groups, hymn singing, bible study

- Emotional Wellness – Reminiscence groups, supportive conversations, musictherapy, intergenerational connection, opportunities for self-expression and affirmation.
Our goal is simple: Every day should offer purpose, connection, and something to lookforward to.
Three Tailored Calendars
Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, we intentionally create programming that fits each neighborhood’s strengths, preferences, and needs. This allows residents to participate confidently and meaningfully at their own level.
Individualized 1:1 Programming
While Group activities are important, we recognize that not every resident thrives in large settings.
In both Assisted Living and Memory Care, we intentionally provide individualized one-on-one engagement tailored to each resident’s history, interests, abilities, and emotional needs.
Examples of 1:1 engagement include:
• Personalized music sessions based on favorite songs
• Life story conversations and memory sharing
• Sensory activities for comfort and calming
• Reading together or looking through photo albums
• Hand massage, tactile activities, or quiet companionship
• Faith-based support and prayer for those who desire it
This individualized approach ensures that every resident – even those who prefer quiet settings or require additional support – receives meaningful interaction and purposeful time.
Life Enrichment is more than entertainment – it is essential to well-being.
Engagement in purposeful activities supports

When residents feel valued and engaged, quality of life improves.
