- The Village is a true continuum of care, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
- Basic Assistance can include: medication management, dressing, and bathing, as well as other services like housekeeping and laundry.
HIGH ACUITY CARE
- What is "high acuity" care?
- HIGH ACUITY CARE can include diabetic management, transfer and lift assistance, specialized meals, drinking and eating assistance, ostomy care, cognition assistance, behavioral redirection, incontinence management, end of life care and more.
- High acuity care at the Village is meant to help residents age in place as our clinical team coordinates with local healthcare entities such as Home Health and Hospice.
Assisted Living apartments are available in three floor plan configurations:
- Studio apartment, full bath, kitchenette
- One-bedroom apartment, full bath, kitchenette
- Two-bedroom apartment, two-full baths, kitchenette
(All apartment configurations are walker, wheelchair and lift accessible.)

The Village will create a unique experience by offering many full-accessible amenities in The Commons, a space like no other in the state of South Dakota! The Commons will be a renovation of the existing monastery building with many planned amenities (learn more on the 'about' page).
